Terms of Use
These terms apply to everybody who uses this website. Using the site means you accept them.
Who operates this site
This website is operated by Stable Rock Partners, at Building A1, Dubai Digital Park, Dubai Silicon Oasis, Dubai, United Arab Emirates. You can contact us at admin@stablerockpartners.net.
The content here is general information
Everything on this site is written to help you understand what we do. None of it is advice for your particular business, and reading it does not create a client relationship. Advice from us comes in writing, under an engagement letter, after we have looked at your numbers.
Figures and examples
Client names are withheld under our confidentiality terms, so the engagements on this site are described by sector, size and outcome rather than by name. Figures are drawn from work we have delivered and are shown as ranges where a single number would mislead. No result on this site should be read as a promise of the same outcome for your business.
Intellectual property
The text, layout, brand marks, logo and design of this site belong to us. You may read the site, print pages for your own use, and share a link to it. You may not copy our material into your own commercial materials, or present it as your own, without our written permission.
Acceptable use
- Do not attempt to interfere with the site, its hosting or its security.
- Do not use the contact form to send unsolicited marketing or automated traffic.
- Do not scrape the site to build a competing service.
Availability and links
We aim to keep the site available, but we do not guarantee that it will always be reachable or free of error. Where we link to another organisation, we are not responsible for what is on their site.
Liability
To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for loss of profit, loss of business or any indirect loss arising from your use of this website. Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for anything else which cannot lawfully be limited. Liability under a client engagement is dealt with in that engagement letter, not here.
Privacy and cookies
Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle personal information and our Cookie Policy explains what this site stores on your device. Both form part of these terms.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have jurisdiction over any dispute about this website. This clause is to be confirmed once the contracting entity is settled.
